IMRT will ultimately have 3 buildings (towers) each of 6 stories with a furnished area of 7000 square feet on each floor !
The first building (tower- as seen in the picture) houses the reception, visitors lounge, administration, accounts, faculty, services and utilities plus the Conference Room.

The Second tower, when operational in June 2009, will function as the 'Resource Centre' located at the heart of the Institute. Based here is the Library, IT facilities and Class rooms. It would serve as the academic core of the campus, providing ample space for all academic activities under one roof!
All class rooms and labs are serviced, fully furnished and equipped with a cable connection, voice and data ports for telephone, campus LAN and the Internet. Extensive use of Information Technology facilitates access to information anywhere, anytime.

| Lecture Halls |
|
Lecture halls are air-conditioned and provided with modern audio-visual systems including OHP, LCD projectors and internet connection.Micro-phones on all student desks, integrated with the AV system allows easier communication. |

The classrooms are spacious and echo-proof to facilitate the teaching-learning process. Each lecture hall accommodates 60 students. |

|
A well-equipped and spacious library, which provides the latest, books on management and related disciplines and up-to-date reference material, reports, books, audio-visual material, macro and micro documents, both in paper and electronic formats on management and related disciplines. |

Interestingly, the library has a fairly strong reference section of Journals, Business Magazines, Newspapers, Annual Reports of Government Departments, Ministries, Trade and Business Directories, Dictionaries, Year books, Atlases, Maps, Guides and CD-ROMS. |

The Library provides audio-visual facilities to students and faculty with a sizeable collection of management related cassettes.

| Video Conferencing |
|
|
The Institute is equipping itself with state- of- the- art audio-visual facilities. The projection system is designed for imparting lessons directly from the computer and/or the internet. Video-conferencing facilities will enable placement services, online seminars and other educational/ business ventures. |

| Computer Lab |
|
Businesses today are increasingly dependent on information systems. To cope with this need, we are endowed with a well equipped, computer lab with the latest hardware and software programmes plus Internet facilities. The Computer Centre is equipped with 40 Nodes of HCL, with PIV . All the machines are on Local Area Network, with an Internet facility on each machine through 2 Mbps Broadband connection.. |

Students are encouraged to explore and use the Internet facility to enhance/exchange knowledge and information across the globe. The learning environment at Computer Centre is truly friendly and congenial to fulfill its commitment of integrating IT with management studies. |

| Recreation |

Several activities, designed by experts, are being facilitated, to lighten the mood the students and make their after curriculum time relaxed and enjoyable. For example, a swimming pool, yoga center, basketball, squash and tennis courts. A health club equipped with stationary cycles, treadmills, elliptical machines and weight training equipment.Instructors will be on hand for those who desire training or support in any of the above. |
